An active Yakuza chief vacations in Singapore with his family... before returning home to Japan, he decides to take his daughter to a small nature park across the boarder in an exotic country. He drives his car over the border and pull up to a petrol station to fill-up on gas. He enters the petrol station to pay the attendant for his gas and returns to his car only to find his car missing along with his five month pregnant wife and 11 year-old daughter - vanished.
He panics and start searching the station for his car. He returns to the petrol station attendant and asks if he has a video camera monitoring the outside premises. The attendant informs him that no video exist --- he then exists the building determined to locate his car.
Two hours pass and he spots his car in a nearby jungle. Inside he finds his wife and daughter brutally raped and murdered. He then returns home to Japan to bury his family. Friends and relatives hear of the news of how his family were murdered in the exotic country and local gang members offered to return to the exotic country to seek revenge on Yakuza behalf.
He tells them -- no it's my family, no harm came to me or my business. I will return alone and solve my family murder by myself. This is the least I could do to honor my wife, my daughter and unborn child. He returns to Mthat exotic country and seeks out the murderers one-by-one. His search lead him to the local police who is behind this senseless crime. Neighborhood people tells Yazuka that the local police is behind the murder of his family as well as other similar crimes involving young foreign girls who were kidnaped in the exotic country and killed by the police.
He search, finds them and kills them one-by-one. The police starts investigating the murders of their fellow police officers and try to find Yakuza before he finds the the head officer.
He hunts them, they hunt him, let's see who find whom first. The hunter becomes hunted.
A very unexpected ending finalizes the hunt -- but the future of the hunter is unclear. Stay tuned for Bill Kill 2...
